Leigh Shand is a Wellness Coach – trained in Canada and India – with more than 15 years’ experience in Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda. Leigh teaches from personal experience on how to live a balanced life and offers practical tools for her clients. Through classes, workshops and talks, retreats and one-on-one sessions, Leigh supports individuals, corporate and non-profit clients throughout Southwestern Ontario and beyond.
Leigh is well versed in working with corporate groups as she has an extensive background in public relations and marketing across all sectors. In her spare time, Leigh is a Competitive Masters Swimmer, avid hiker and enjoys spending time with her family. Leigh is also a strong believer in volunteerism and is an active Board Member with the Thames Talbot Land Trust.
