The best form of promotion is a referral from a friend. For 18 years Medpoint clients have been referring their friends, family, coworkers and clients to Medpoint! Starting May 1st, Medpoint is saying thank you with our new referral program. Now whenever you refer someone to Medpoint you help them and yourself! Register their name and contact information below and when they book in for one of our executive health services (medicals or membership) they save $100 and you receive $100 towards preventative healthcare services at Medpoint! Thank you for helping others focus on prevention!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You are eligible for a referral reward after referring a friend to Medpoint Health Care Centre.
2. Fill out the form above with the details of your referral. The person being referred must be a new customer.
3. You have to be a current or former customer of Medpoint to be eligible for this program.
4. You may not refer yourself.
5. Medpoint will verify the status of your referral by checking our records. If their name is present in our system, they won’t be eligible for a referral bonus.
6. The referral must schedule a comprehensive executive medical within 60 days of referral to qualify.
7. 1 week after the referral is given and client completes the medical, they will receive $100 off their purchase that day and you will receive $100 credit towards Medpoint Health Care services.
8. Medpoint Health Care Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
9. Medpoint Health Care Centre has the right to verify and disclose referral/referee information.
10. Referral has to be documented in the form and to have been recommended after May 1st, 2024
