Every participating employee is offered the following services from Medpoint.
NAVIGATOR

A simple service that provides timely access to family doctors, medical specialists, and diagnostic testing tools.
Your assigned Medpoint Navigator will facilitate all requests for medical appointments with one of the our primary care physicians within a 24-48 hour period.
If a referral for diagnostic testing or a specialist appointment is recommended, then the Navigator will be the advocate for the member providing both public and private options.

BIOMETRICS

We conduct on-site biometric testing for employees. The testing includes a fitness test as well as blood work. These can be uploaded to your personal portal page. The testing includes:

Examples of care providers may include your attending doctor, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technicians, etc. Your personal health information will never be disclosed to any care providers or people who are not involved in your personal care without your consent to do so.

Q- "Who gets the information/results"
A - All of your information and medical results are strictly confidential. Medpoint retains this information. No information is released to anyone unless requested by the client and with written consent.
Q - "How do I get an appointment with the doctor?"
