Every participating employee is offered the following services from Medpoint.
HEALTH CARE NAVIGATOR
A simple service that provides timely access to family doctors, medical specialists, and diagnostic testing tools.
Your assigned Medpoint Navigator will facilitate all requests for medical appointments with one of the our primary care physicians within a 24-48 hour period.
If a referral for diagnostic testing or a specialist appointment is recommended, then the Navigator will be the advocate for the member providing both public and private options.
Including but not limited to:
Acute Medical Appointments
Women’s Health Appointments
Navigator Direct Line
These services are covered under your benefits plan and Medpoint is able to book you in quickly for each service
