Every participating employee is offered the following services from Medpoint.
HEALTH CARE NAVIGATOR
A simple service that provides timely access to family doctors, medical specialists, and diagnostic testing tools.
Your assigned Medpoint Navigator will facilitate all requests for medical appointments with one of the our primary care physicians within a 24-48 hour period.
If a referral for diagnostic testing or a specialist appointment is recommended, then the Navigator will be the advocate for the member providing both public and private options.

WELLNESS PROGRAM

Medpoint's Wellness Program involves 3 steps; Educate, Motivate & Reward. We will get you and your team members active by engaging you in different educational resources and conducting monthly challenges where you can earn points.
