SEPTEMBER WELLNESS
ARTHRITIS

Exercise is crucial for managing arthritis because it helps to maintain joint flexibility and reduce stiffness. Regular physical activity strengthens the muscles around affected joints, providing better support and minimizing stress on them. Engaging in low-impact exercises, such as swimming or cycling, can improve cardiovascular health without placing excessive strain on joints. Additionally, exercise helps to control weight, reducing the load on joints and decreasing pain and inflammation associated with arthritis.
