Weight Management Program
Success from most nutrition programs is usually defined as “how much weight did you lose”. This is not an accurate measurement of health because the scale can lie. For example: if you drop 20 lbs of fat but build 10 lbs of muscle the scale will tell you that you lost a net 10. Body composition is a much more detailed marker of your overall health. By providing our clients with a comprehensive breakdown of their Basal Metabolic Rate, their body fat percentage along with their lean muscle mass the Medpoint program begins with an accurate baseline. This information allows our nutrition team to prescribe an accurate meal plan that is tailored to you based upon science and not a cookie cutter approach of one plan fits all.
The Medpoint Weight Management Program is not a diet, it is a lifestyle modification program that is tailored to the individual client.
